Gracia Amico
Gracia currently heads up the ecommerce team at Topman. She has a Masters Degree in Sinology and Business studies from the Leiden University in the Netherlands.
Susan Aubrey-Cound
Susan Aubrey-Cound has worked in retail marketing for 18 years. After graduating from Art College and then Durham University (Psychology), Susan started as a buyer/merchandiser in Womenswear mail order before moving into marketing at BAA airport retail (Duty & Tax Free). After launching the BAA e-commerce shopping and loyalty platform, she moved to Moss Bros as Managing Director before joining M&S as Head of Marketing in 2001. After various roles in M&S Marketing, she became Executive Assistant to the Executive Chairman, Sir Stuart Rose in January 2008. Susan was promoted to Director of Multi Channel Development in August 2009 and in October 2011 was appointed Director of New Channel Development.

James began his career agency side in small Dorset based start-up – Light Image. Since then he’s gone on to found several new companies including, more recently, the outdoor e-tailer Webtogs. Webtogs went on to win multiple industry awards and were amongst the top 50 fastest growing tech companies in 2009 & 2010.

Before joining The Hut Group as CMO, Andrew was Group Marketing Director for Time Out growing the audience by 20 million a month. Prior to this he was Vice President Marketing for Getty Images, a hyper growth online environment that 11 years after start-up was bought for $2.4B in July 2008.

Feldman worked for the News Corporation from 1998 in a variety of roles, starting as the CFO of its Global Music Group before moving into a pan-European role providing financial, operational and strategic guidance to ensure the optimisation of returns.
